Through a multifaceted approach that includes education, public policy advocacy, and direct support services, Antidote aims to raise awareness, prevent harm, and promote recovery from manipulative practices, including cult-like groups, hate groups, and extremism. I complete all Project Management and administrative duties, as well as champion the Stories Bank project.

Director of Programs and Communications

Michigan Stage PlayLabs
Curriculum Designer and Teaching Artist
Playlabs offers a pay-what-you-can alternative to traditional theater programs for students from elementary through high school. This innovative program fosters imaginative play and improvisation, guiding students in writing and developing their own performances from scratch.

Hope 365
Grant Writer and Communications Advisor
Hope 365 is a mental health respite center that focuses on peer-to-peer recovery model for its residents. This non-profit is the first of its kind in the state of Michigan and I worked to secure the funding with a $250k grant, designed the programs three-year plan, and stayed on as both administrator and staff until it was well established.
Intimate Partner Violence Prevention Educator
Expert Facilitator and Curriculum Designer
I've worked both freelance and at non-profits like Empower Peoples Agency and HAVEN of Oakland County. As prevention educator, I facilitated education seminars on boundaries and consent, sexual and domestic violence, child sexual abuse, supporting survivors, and how communities and individuals can be agents of change against gender based violence. I've worked with diverse populations from kindergarten through adult aged groups including University greek life, medical systems, and criminal justice systems. I also designed and facilitated the curriculum "SPARK", a small group, multi-session, primary prevention program around risk reduction through empowerment for women-identified students in middle and high school. I also conducted outreach and maintained relationships with communities that we served.
